• Processes and Procedures

A PAWfection petsitter will visit the home prior to the service needed.  During this time, the following is accomplished:

• The petsitter will get familiar with the pet and the required routing.
• The petsitter and client will ask any questions.
• The petsitter will collect the key.
• A contract will be signed by the client and petsitter.
• The contract amount will be left for the petsitter on the first day of service.  Credit card payments using Paypal are also accepted
• Upon arrival from vacation, we request that the client leave a message stating that you have returned.  This way, we know that your pet is back in good hands.
